XTSave respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights holders, and authors globally. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, "DMCA") and equivalent international copyright laws.

2. Transient Technical Architecture Disclaimer

XTSave functions solely as a client-side digital utility and web-based format parser. Important technical points regarding our service architecture include:

No Media Hosting: We do not host, store, cache, or duplicate any media files or video assets on our servers.
Direct CDN Delivery: Video delivery occurs directly from third-party content delivery network (CDN) edge servers to the end-user's local browser memory.
Public Content Only: Our tool cannot and does not access private accounts, password-protected posts, or restricted digital media.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content processed through our platform infringes your copyright, please deliver a written notification containing the following elements to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the Material: Clear identification of the specific URL, tweet, or material that is claimed to be infringing so we may locate and block processing.
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and valid email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

5. Blocking and Technical Countermeasures

Upon receipt of a valid and verified notification, XTSave will promptly take appropriate action, which includes disabling or blacklisting specific URL patterns, accounts, or statuses within our client-side parsing utility to prevent further retrieval through our interface.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, XTSave maintains a policy that provides for the blocking of access to users or source identifiers that are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
