How the Tool Works
When you paste a link into XTSave, our system retrieves the publicly accessible media stream from X's content delivery network and provides you with a direct download link. We do not store, cache, or re-host any media files. All downloads go directly from X's servers to your device.
We only process publicly accessible content. Private tweets and locked accounts cannot be accessed by our tool — by design. We respect intellectual property rights and encourage users to only archive media they have the right to access or preserve for lawful personal reference.
