Help & Support
Before submitting a contact request, please review our troubleshooting guide below. Our engineering team has compiled this list based on common user feedback to help you resolve technical hurdles instantly without waiting for a manual response.
Download Failing?
Check if the video is from a private account. Extraction tools cannot access content hidden behind privacy walls. Also, ensure the URL is a direct "Status" link. If the platform has recently updated its UI, try refreshing the page to load our latest extraction syntax logic.
Where are my files?
On desktop, check your "Downloads" folder. On mobile (iOS), files are saved to the Safari Downloads manager—tap the blue arrow in the URL bar to find them. On Android, files go directly to your system's global Downloads folder.
Slow Extraction Speed?
Our tool uses your local browser memory to reconstruct the video blob. If you are on a weak cellular connection, the initial buffering phase might take several seconds. Ensure you have a stable connection for the best performance.
Audio Missing?
Twitter serves high-definition video and audio in separate streams. XTSave performs a real-time muxing process in your browser. If audio is missing, it may be due to a temporary interruption during the muxing phase. Simply try the download again.
